Is it possible to mirror the outlook email separator line? Currently in Enate the email separator is multiple dashes.

The "Submit" button should be renamed to "Save" to accurately reflect its function of saving progress on any packet.

As a user sharing emails, I would like the system to auto save the drafts so that in a case of system time-outs/technical issues the email has auto saved

As a user on work manager, I want to be able to share & save rich text and hyperlinks in the note section. This will facilitate better collaboration across teams and allow for faster information sharing

Hi Team, It would be great for users to be able to mark work items as urgent / top priority. Similar to the new info warning but needs to be a different icon & colour to differentiate between the two Thanks Craig B

As a user, I should have the ability to change due dates in bulk. This functionality becomes particularly useful when our ERPs experience downtime (this is one of many examples), as I can quickly modify the due dates of multiple work items simultaneously. By doing so, I can ensure that SLA and reports remain unaffected. Instead of tediously updating due dates one by one, this feature allows me to make changes efficiently, saving time and effort.

“Using PMingLiU for a Chinese company name is important, particularly when dealing with Traditional Chinese characters. We have had cases in the past where the font used has changed the Chinese name to an incorrect character. When the client tried to incorporated the BVI company under HK Registry, the application got rejected” Currently in Outlook they can use "PMingLiu" When using Enate, we do not have this option and this can cause risks especially because within the rolled out teams they are dealing with Chinese clients and names and require to have the accurate font.

Timezone input fields in various modules, including Service Agent creation, Contact creation, and Context creation, currently require scrolling to select a specific timezone. Instead, they should be searchable for easier selection.

When there are multiple new communications coming in for a particular case or ticket, can the notification icon show the number of new communications as well?

Can the Email subject be configured to include the Name of Entity automatically instead of having the use to add the Name of Entity manually?
