Submit button doesn't always work
The Submit/Wait/Resolve button (changes depending on the action we try to perform) doesn't always respond correctly, I'd say this occurs at the very least 45%-50% of the times. This mainly occurs when the "New Information" icon is on (yellow) and is marked as read. When the issue occurs, refreshing the page solves the issue, but in the process it removes every unsaved information we inputted in the page (i.e. checklists, comments in checklist, tags and comments in Files, details of the ticket etc.); Elements like Notes and Email sent are unaffected. It may seem a minor issue, but this is quite frustrating, especially if we just completed a long checklist and we're forced to do it again. I believe this was already reported some time ago, but it seems nothing has been done to fix it meanwhile. Could you please review the priority of this issue?times.
