Ability to Access Users Information via Robots
There are scenario's where after sending an email from an action, the robot has to assign the action to an Agent. Set Assignee API needs User's GUID to assign to a specific User and the robots currently are not able to get this information via API's. Can the bots get the Agents information i.e. GUID etc.. via Agents username or email address
