Web Hook Integration in the platform
Webhooks enable you to better integrate your Enate platform with your entire application ecosystem. You can subscribe to Enate RSO events and send them to any external DCM, BPM, or CRM solution and inform different users, for example, that there will be new event when file uploaded on an action which can be consumed by your DCM. Webhooks allow external systems to subscribe and listen to different types of Enate RSO events. It'll be a while until we get to full events supported in the platform, but we'd love to know which events our users care about most.
UiPath activities - create case/ticket should allow to tagging of the file as well
Can we please have the UiPath activities updated with the file tagging option within the create Case/Ticket activities
Attended Bot Kick off from Enate Action
It will be a great solution if Enate can launch the attended bot from the Enate action while operation user processing the transaction. This will help in building desktop automation in the business context. The human user can focus on more productive work while his/her desktop assistance is taking care of mundane but necessary work. the attended bot is jumping around multiple apps to get the right data and crunching the numbers.
Recommendation of next action to human using Machine Learning
This is a great help to the operation team to know what's the next action which needs launching based on historical data set for the client. This will be a great tool for a new joiner in the team.
Machine Learning model to classify the work coming into Enate
It will be good if Enate can allow to plug my Machine Learning model to classify the work coming into the platform. This is will reduce a lot of manual work required to triage the incoming work and help us to meet the SLA with the clients.
API request for new Service creation
Hi there, As you know creating a customer>contract>service is a tideous and repetitive task. For this reason if we tried to automate customer creation and we were able to find API's to create customer and contract only. So on an average, it will take 8-10 seconds for the robot to create a new customer and contract including validations. But since we don't have API to create a service we had to rely on UI automation which takes about 30sec-1min. If we could have an API to create a service the time taken to create can be greatly reduced resulting in productive utilization. Regards, Dinesh Dinesh.Kumar@symphonyhq.com
