Point Marker in a Ticket

Would it be possible to add a feature inside a ticket that potentially flags a point in the email chain that could be noted and then clicked on above.
Ie a little symbol on the left hand side, on the scroll bar on the 'Comms' and 'Timeline' tab.
Which then showcases when your scrolling down a ticket.

- Could you please elaborate on the specific scenarios where you feel the need for this feature?
- What kind of information would you like to flag with this point marker?
- How do you envision the interaction with these point markers? For example, what should happen when a user clicks on a point marker?

Comment box on all work item so user can see the important information at top rather then scrolling through a lot of notes in the timeline.

Can the user pin a comments box at the top of each packet for communication between users internally.
adding a note can be lost within the thread of communication and therefore a static comments section would be really useful.
