Feature Suggestion

As a business user, I need notifications in Enate to include a sound alert, similar to email notifications in a outlook mailbox. This would ensure that notifications are more noticeable and effective.

Walkers have requested to have a new field called Parent Companyto be available in their custom data set.

Currently, user can see last 1 year closed work items and all running work items. But this does not allow user to view data for specific dates. Can we have data picker to view data for specific period of time?

Client wants to know work item reference involved in Sentiment analysis report. This will help them to analyse the work item to understand what went right/wrong.

I would like a dedicated report to view user feedback information from when users click on the feedback icons in emails. This will help me get a better understanding of how our clients are feeling when service is delivered and how our teams are doing.

we need to incorporate privacy policy on the Enate home screen (landing page) for the users to accept when they first login Enate. This entry needs to be captured in the back end for that user as to when the acceptance was given.

Currently, builder allows process to branch into parallel streams, however these cannot be merged within the same step. This leads to duplication of actions within flows, and (worse) introduction of artificial steps just to Re-merge branches. This feature would better align the product to the ubiquitous BMPN used by most clients.

I would like it to be easier to access my unprocessed emails (at the moment it is very hidden and takes lots of clicks) and for the number of unprocessed emails I have to be more visible so I can know more easily when I need to take action

I would like to be able to view deleted unprocessed emails for auditing purposes
