Enate AI to automate workflow task
Bank transaction reconciliation is a common scenario in a back/middle office. In this scenario, a service agent needs to match bank statement transactions with a master file and identify any mismatched or unmatched transactions. These unreconciled transactions require further processing and approval. However, reconciliation work is often tedious and time-consuming when done manually. This makes it a perfect task to be automated with Enate AI. This is one example but we should be able to use Enate AI to solve other problems with this feature.

Machine Learning model to classify the work coming into Enate
It will be good if Enate can allow plugging my Machine Learning model to classify the work coming into the platform. This is will reduce a lot of manual work required to triage the incoming work and help us to meet the SLA with the clients. the first release is planned for 2022.6 where we are going to integrate with Re:Infer to do this job. Re:Infer - 'Thank you' emails not affecting original resolution date
As a user, I would like 'thank you' emails not to affect original resolution date of the ticket. Now if I resolve ticket within due date it still can be reported as completed-overdue if client's 'thank you' email reopens the ticket after due date. It should not affect the user KPIs. Enate decided to build an integration with Re:infer ( https://www.reinfer.io/initiatives/auto-triage ) to delete this email and not open the case/ticket for these types of emails.
