Self Service: Popup message on session time out
Currently, if user leaves self service portal idle for more than 3-4 hours and when clicked anywhere it logs out immediately and directs to hoe page. Can we have a pop up message indicating "Redirecting to home page" OR "Session Expired"?

Progress bar in mobile view in self service portal is not visible until user click on open icon. It is present inside the status icon in mobile view. Can this be improvised and made visible with out clicking on the icon?

As an end user: I would like to have filter option on each column to filter out what I need and based on time selected(last month/from and to date) - so that as an user, I know who raised, when, status and many others
