Field and Condition explanation in Views
As a user, I would like to have a complete documentation about Views. Such as what each field means and what is the purpose of each condition so that I can create views which will meet my needs.

User to have system update notifications for new features approach or downtime
As a user I would like to keep informed by the support team of any messages that are shared from my company such as new processes, useful tips, known system issues etc… and have the option to mark as "Show again" so I can look at this another time or watch a demo, so that I am aware of any important company messages related to Enate directly.

Remind Before and After Due Date Configuration
For each action there is a configuration setting remind before and remind after due date, can we have documentation around how this works and the timelines when these trigger, will the reminder be sent to assigned user only, does it send an email or notification.

Email communication Logic
Need a document where the incoming email logic is explained. For an incoming email the system looks at the header of the email for a parameter and if it's not found than the body etc.. Also need to include what happens with OOO emails and auto response emails.

As a user, I would like to have some examples together with screenshots on the "Quickfind works - specifics" section and what are the expected behaviors. Currently the documentation is text only and some technical specifics are not easy for end users to understand.
