Self Service: Popup message on session time out
Currently, if user leaves self service portal idle for more than 3-4 hours and when clicked anywhere it logs out immediately and directs to hoe page. Can we have a pop up message indicating "Redirecting to home page" OR "Session Expired"?

There are scenario's where Self Service user need to do some work as part of the process, So we need an ability a self service action that can be assigned to the self service user and they can work on those actions.

Currently Self Service users can be configured against only 1 company but in a business context one self service user can manage multiple clients.
