Ability to store master data in Enate
Hi Team Several reporting teams has asked this. We need ability to store master data in Enate. This master data will be used by reporting teams to merge the data with transactional data to develop business specific reports. A good example would be the ability to store benchmark data which will be used in productivity reports

Updated time to be made available in the data warehouse for the specific tables; tblactions, tbltickets, tblcases
As a report builder, I need to create insights on the service delivery to support operational needs, the common tables include tblactions, tbltickets, tblcases. With the volume of data, this currently takes around 5 hours for the refresh to complete, with the _updatedTime column the current solution can be optimised.

Add Process Revenue field
Can we add a Process Revenue field in Builder against case action and ticket = single field with a numeric input. This helps for reporting on cost of a process vs how much a business obtains from that service.
