Webhooks enable you to better integrate your Enate platform with your entire application ecosystem. You can subscribe to Enate RSO events and send them to any external DCM, BPM, or CRM solution and inform different users, for example, that there will be new event when file uploaded on an action which can be consumed by your DCM. Webhooks allow external systems to subscribe and listen to different types of Enate RSO events.
It'll be a while until we get to full events supported in the platform, but we'd love to know which events our users care about most.

Below are events which can trigger this webhook-
End-user clicked on submit button
work-item state changed

Started a new action/case.

The webhooks will be invoked with the following callback events -
- Event New case getting created - Whenever there is a adhoc case or scheduled case got created in Enate for an entity that is mapped in < external system>
- Event Case getting Updated - Event Trigger Whenever TMF Professional is updating an existing case in Enate for an entity that is mapped for <external system>
- Event New Action getting created - Event Trigger New Action creation on Enate for an entity that is mapped for <external system>
- Event Existing Action getting Updated - Whenever existing Action got updated by TMF Professional in Enate for an entity that is mapped for <external system>
- Event Ticket getting Updated - Event Ticket getting Updated for <external system>
- Event Ticket getting deleted - Event Trigger Whenever a ticket gets deleted by TMF Professional in Enate for an entity that is mapped for <external system>
- New schedule creation - Whenever a new schedule gets added to an entity that is mapped for <external system>
