As an end user, I would like a contact to be made visible based on customer they are part of - when I type to search the contact
This control is needed at email section, when drafting the emails on any packet with a warning in case they still want to send to emails not under the customer contact

Warning popup message for external sender

Infosys team has requested the implementation of a feature similar to Outlook, where a warning message is displayed when sending emails to recipients outside the organization. They are looking for the same functionality in Enate to ensure awareness and caution while communicating externally.

Hello Kishore Matte! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific criteria should trigger the warning message for external emails?
- Is there a need for customization of the warning message for different teams or departments?
- Should there be an option to disable the warning for certain external domains or contacts?

Hey Suraj Udupi, thanks for your feedback! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide more context on the frequency of emails sent to addresses outside the organization domain?
- Are there specific scenarios where this warning should not be triggered?
- Would you like this feature to be optional or mandatory for all users?

Hi Claudine Richardson, thank you for the quick response. Please find my answers below for each point:
- Frequency is difficult to determine as there are multiple mailboxes integrated where 70% of their emails would be to outside the organization. And for some mailboxes the count is zero.
- This is applicable for all scenarios. This should only be a warning display message and the user should still be able to send email. This is to ensure that the user is aware that email is being sent out of the organization.
- This feature will be mandatory for all users.

To/cc/bcc - If the email address is outside of the customer context, then the system should warn the user that they are sending an email outside of the scope. This is a warning, not a blocker. It is very similar to Outlook's external email address warning.
