Please can the view functionality have additional fields / standard columns to select as criteria (essentially the new columns available on the dashboard (Display & Columns Settings).
-Resolution Method
-Resolution Date (Instead of Open or Closed)
-Status
-Status Reason
-Wait Type
-Last Email Sender
-Last Email Received
-Primary Contact

As a user I want to see how many tickets the team has resolved today. If there is a feedback window, there will be nothing in End Date. And we cannot select "Running" as No because for resolved tickets that value is Yes.

- Resolution method
- Resolved By

When a Case Action is put in waiting status, it is no longer visible until the waiting conditions are met. (Default is wait for new information, or wait until certain date). There is no way to filter on this status to view all these Case Actions, which might need intervention.
