I also find it frustrating that the files from the emails and the emails are in separate areas - it makes it difficult to keep track of which files pertain to which emails in the timeline, and when emails don't remain in the overall case, it makes it difficult to find things, which I find is time-consuming. If the files stayed with each email IN the email timeline, that would be a benefit.
