As a System administrator,

I want to have a new feature of disabling (deactivation) the user’s account. The entry should still appear in User management screen with the status, for re-activation and meet Compliance guidelines.

So that the disabled user’s account/permission can be re-activated on demand from User management screen. Scenarios - wrong deletions, long leaves (Sabbatical/ML/PL), re-joiners, etc.
