User Management - User Details/Access Export to Excel & Login Time

As a builder user I would like the ability to export all user access rights/ data relating to users from the front end of Builder (Edit User form).
I would want to see all details relating to that user, not just what is shown on the dashboard.
In addition, it would be good to show the time of when the user last logged in.

Based on our conversation Tuesday, please can this be reopened.
We want a view where we can see everything on the users, access groups and operational/builder roles. Easy export option to excel and ability to add extra columns into the Agent screen to make user management easier.
