I would like a dedicated report to view user feedback information from when users click on the feedback icons in emails. This will help me get a better understanding of how our clients are feeling when service is delivered and how our teams are doing.
The feedback section should be there in the standard report.

As a manager, I would like to see the end-user feedback (rating and comments) for each request in the standard report which will give more visibility and help us to improve our operations.
