I wanted to share user feedback on the merge feature. If it's not possible to implement undo merge, you might want to consider canceling/delaying the merge as well. I mean a similar mechanism to cancel send, where we have 2 minutes to withdraw from the step.

This functionality would be extremely useful as despite best efforts mistakes are always made and being able to undo them quickly without creating more tickets is vital. Thanks

The unmerging function would be very useful or at least the Enate notification that user is planning to merge tickets dealing with 2 different Clients

That sounds like a very good idea. I added this as a separate request for tracking purposes and should be able to pull this off very soon in upcoming releases.

Similarly, if the ticket is split incorrectly (human error) there should be an option to undo split.
