- When a user wants to create a worktime from an unhandled emails. For Audit purposes, so the email creates a ticket which appears on reports. But the user just wants to resolve the work item once the item is created.
- frequently a few times a day
- we don't want any unhandled emails to be deleted as this leaves us open to risk.
