Team owned work drop down options update

Thank you for your reply. Pls note below reply in purple for your reference.
1) Where would you like the “record count” to show up — inside the dropdown options themselves, or as an additional column/field in the work item list? Jane: We would like we can add a column which can show the record count of each WI in these 4 work inboxes. Example as below. The reason is that we noticed some people may input incorrect record count in their WI and we need to open each WI to check it one by one. It is not convenience. So we hope that we can add this column.
2) What exactly should the “record count” represent in this context (e.g. number of work items per dropdown value/queue, number of underlying records within a work item, or something else)? Jane: The record count represent this information in each WI as below screen capture. The record count is different in each WI category.
3) What’s the main use case for having the count visible here (for example, helping agents prioritise what to pick up next, or comparing workload across teams/queues)? Jane: The reason is we need to compare workload of each person. Also we noticed some ppl inserted incorrect record count in their WI and we need to open each WI to verify if they input correctly one by one. It is not convenience. So we hope that we can add this column.
Thanks.

Hi Mikalia cole,
Thanks for raising this. Just so we can advise correctly, could you clarify a couple of points on the “Team Owned work” page:
1) Where would you like the “record count” to show up — inside the dropdown options themselves, or as an additional column/field in the work item list?
2) What exactly should the “record count” represent in this context (e.g. number of work items per dropdown value/queue, number of underlying records within a work item, or something else)?
3) What’s the main use case for having the count visible here (for example, helping agents prioritise what to pick up next, or comparing workload across teams/queues)?
Once we have these details, we can review and advise on the best approach.
