For a compliance or infosec audit team member, they want the ability to view a list of Service Agents and their details without having edit access, so that they can review user mappings and access levels without the risk of making unintended changes.
Currently User Role allows to give access to user management to see list of Service Agents but also lets you edit a user detail.
If we introduce two separate permissions in User Role, the above scenario can be addressed.
Access Service Agents – Provides read-only access to view Service Agent details.
Edit Service Agents – Allows editing of Service Agent details and by default follows "Access Service Agents" permission.
