Currently when a subcase is launched, In the main case steps we don't see the sub case steps , so people don't know what stage of the process is currently running. It would be ideal to show them the Subcase steps so that they are aware of the current status.

When observing a case at the case level in Enate, a user can only see the actions that have been completed and/or open. The user does not have visibility on what actions are remaining. The business story is that the team would like to understand what are the next stages to be performed in the process. Particularly useful for new starters

Gives the user better transparency on where they are in the entire case and how many actions are left to complete

At the moment (R2019.1) when you have a case or action window open there is a little icon to the left of the due date. When you open this it gives you a visual graph of which step the case currently is. Would be great to take this one step further and see actions included here, maybe even showing the SLAs on the actions and indicating which actions have peer reviews. Its a great learning aid for users especially getting used to a new caseflow ... having done the configuration I know what the visual process looks like but end users don't. I have printed out images of the Enate processes and stuck them on walls about the office but having it easily to hand within Enate would be fantastic.
