Thanks for the detailed feedback on this. Really appreciated. We will not be building this feature at this time.
We have decided to tackle other features as a priority because the majority of our customers have heavily requested them. Please see the in-progress requests to see what's coming in the next release. These features will also be beneficial to you.
I suggest that you set up a separate folder in your mailbox for these emails, perhaps naming it "CC Folder." Then, in your Enate email routing settings, use this folder to classify the emails and move them to a designated "CCed" category, creating a separate queue for them. This you can achieve with current capabilities.

- Could you provide more details on how you envision the separate queue functioning?
- What is the expected outcome or benefit you hope to achieve with this separate queue?

1.GMB is group mailbox
2.Emails where group mailbox present in CC it should be segregated in seprate queue as copies mail.
- As 40-50% of copied email are not actionable and team doesn't need to work on it.
