As a end users, i would like to have rules to segregate normal clients to global/country templates and apply appropriate controls. This helps to control users who have access to builder to edit global configuration and other clients data.

For example: Clients which are marked global templates/global clients users to be able to view client data which is outside of their area and it should be restricted to read only. Only users should be able to edit their client configurations.

Also as we have integrated Enate with other applications KRAIOS/Optix, we also would like to have control on those clients as well.
