As a System Admin, I want a dedicated permission to delete users (for onboarding and offboarding) without granting full delete access to all Builders so that I can manage users safely without risking accidental deletion of critical configuration data such as Context, Fields, Connectors, etc..

Currently, the Delete permission in Builder is global. Any user granted delete access can delete anything and everything within Builder, including critical configurations.

User deletion is one of the most frequently used delete actions in Builder. Non-master builders are expected to routinely manage user onboarding and offboarding. To perform this routine task, they must be granted global delete access introducing unnecessary risk.

This helps with:

Enables safe delegation of user management.

Reduces risk of production-impacting mistakes.

Aligns with least-privilege security best practices.
