Response Email from ticket
If request is received in via 3 different mailboxes. The context and category values would be the same from an Enate perspective but the hope is that the response email to the requester should come from the mailbox that the requester sent the request to.
e.g. There are 3 mailboxes A, B, C. "Change of Beneficiary" request comes into mailbox A. We want any response to this request to go back to the requester from mailbox A.
