Request to Enable External Alert Notifications for Critical Events
Kundan Kumar
I’d like to propose an enhancement related to how alert notifications for critical events are currently handled within the product.
Currently, such alerts (e.g., failures, errors, or other critical events) are visible only within the product, requiring users to log in to view them. This setup limits real-time visibility and may delay timely action, especially if the responsible stakeholders are not actively monitoring the system.
Request:
Please check the feasibility of implementing a monitoring and alerting mechanism that can send real-time notifications (e.g., via email) to specific stakeholders. This will ensure the right people are informed promptly and can take immediate action when required.
Happy to share more details or specific scenarios if needed.

Scenario 1:
When an email is moved to the Outbox, a notification should be sent to the sender's email address as well as to the relevant group of responsible individuals.
Scenario 2:
If a connector is automatically disabled, a notification should be sent to users with builder access (or those authorized to edit the connector) and to the assigned Account Manager.
