Remove the tagging involved for the email address particluar for the Tickets

As a user responding/reviewing tickets, I want to stop manually applying the tags on the email address so that I am not spending time maintaining the application during BAU.
It will be useful if the purpose of the contact card will just show a list of involved email addresses in the Ticket/Case. Current Primary Contact can remain automatically tagged but other tags are very hard to identify what they mean to average Enate users working on BAU delivery
