Reduce the number of unprocessed emails in Work Manager

We are getting a large number of unprocessed emails in Work Manager, often from email routes that have been missed from configuration, or from BCC emails. Users should be able to create rules to classify emails and apply the same rules for future emails to avoid classification needs.
