Recategorization across contexts

Can the same type of functionality/option “to enter the relevant emails address” be provided for when a user is recategorising a work packet, similar to the option when you are currently creating a linked ticket. Currently if you need to categorise cross Company/Customer you are then required to manually select all the various level (Contract, Service, Process, Category 1-3). If the same functionality was available (in addition to the current option) as is available for Linked Ticket then the user could quickly enter the required email address and the various level would auto-populate and you just then need to populate the Category level.
This become even more critical when you have different entities working within the same instance and they need to off-load work items to each other which have been directed to the wrong area by Clients/Brokers

Hi Paddy Nugent,
Thank you for taking the time to share this — it’s really helpful, and we understand how critical this becomes when multiple entities are working in the same instance and need to off-load misdirected work quickly.
We have a few follow-up questions to make sure we’re looking at the right behaviour: when you’re recategorising a work packet, are you expecting the same “enter the relevant email address” lookup used in Linked Tickets to auto-populate Contract/Service/Process (and Category 1–3), leaving only the final Category level to complete? And is this primarily needed for cross Company/Customer recategorisation, or would you want it available for all recategorisation scenarios?
Thanks again for flagging this — we’ll review it internally and come back to you if we need anything else.

Claudine Richardson Hi Claudine, I was considering this from a cross context scenario where more effort is required. However, this does equally apply for all recategorising. It shouldn't remove the options there today, just be an additional option to select using email address which would populate the default. thanks Paddy
