Currently,all predefined templates are visible across all process,which is causing confusion for users.As an enhancement, templates should be displayed based on the configured process .This process wise template visibility will improve usability and reduce the risk of selecting incorrect templates.

Thanks for raising this — really helpful feedback. I can see how having all predefined templates visible across every process could confuse users and increase the risk of picking the wrong one.
