For an integration solution, I want to show the name of the Enate user who shared out the email so this can be displayed, so that the name will allow for the integration solution to know the Enate user login as the email address will not be used

Sally the from user would be the user that matches the from address of the email. For an outgoing email this will be blank but for a received email it may be a user if we have identified them as already existing in the system.

I think the detail your looking for is a available in the sender field which from memory will be in the api response.
