User triaged the ticket into triage queue. When there was a response received, the ticket automatically got assigned to user, even user not the part of the queue. Expectation here is to have additional check if user is part of queue before assigning. If user is not part of queue then instead of assigning the packet to user (Based on last performed user), packet should stay in queue. Business use case here is the person who is triaging the packet does not work on the packet. All he does is just put it to relevant queue and doesn't want the packet to be re assigned to him when there is an update.
