As an end user, if I am sending email to create workitem on Enate, I don’t want the acknowledgment to be received by the CC’ed members.

As a configurator, if I want an option to select whether the acknowledgment should go to only To address or CC both.

As of now team is receiving auto notification mails for all the recipients included in TO and CC for ticket workflow.

We require auto notification mail to be sent only for the requester in Ticket workflow not for CC recipients.
