As a user I would like to print emails not only from inside cases/actions/tickets but also have option to print from Contact screen in Work Manager

it's not working even if I mouse over that area. Is it available in 2020 version or will this be a new feature in 2021.1?

Łukasz Cichoń:  yeah, you are right Łukasz Cichoń.. This is not available in curent production release but develpers are experimenting around this in current developmemnt release. I will update here when it become available for you.
