Notification selection on Queues - to be drilled down to contract and service too

As a manager, I am worried only about miss of due date on processes under some of the critical contracts and services
so allowing me to select which service and contract under customer - i would like notification to be enabled, helps to filter out 100's of unwanted notification which are coming currently
If people still want to keep as is, they can choose at customer level
but having an option to select contract and service is a huge help for my day to day tracking

Thanks for sharing this — really helpful context. I understand the concern here: if notifications are only configurable at the customer level, managers can end up with 100’s of alerts and miss the truly critical due-date risks. We’ll review the option to drill notification selection down to Contract and Service (while still allowing customer-level selection for those who prefer it) and come back to you once we’ve had a chance to look into it.
