Current Behavior:
When a ticket receives new information, the icon turns yellow to indicate an update.
Suggested Enhancement:
To help admins prioritize cases more effectively, especially those receiving multiple follow-ups, I suggest introducing a color escalation system based on the number of chaser emails received:
Yellow: Initial update or first chaser received
Orange: Second chaser received
Red: Third or more chasers received
This visual cue would allow admins to quickly identify cases that are being chased repeatedly and may require urgent attention.
Rationale:
We often receive multiple chasers on the same ticket, and it can be difficult to spot which ones are escalating without opening each item. A color-coded system would provide instant visibility and help prioritize responses more efficiently.
Alternatively, could we have a count of the number of emails received since the last email sent out?
