If an work item is closed and an incoming email is received on it, as per design new work item is created. However, in the work manager user is not able to see the information that work item was created as the actual packet was closed. Having this ability will help end users understand on how work items are created

I want details of last worked by user from closed ticket to reflect on new created in case if some one replies on old ticket which resulted in new ticket.
For example if a ticket is closed and then later a new ticket is generated because someone replies to it, it would be really useful to see who last updated the ticket, this would make it easier to track who is handling each ticket.

- I encounter situations where a new ticket is generated from a closed ticket fairly regularly, approximately daily.
- It's important for me to see the last updated user specifically for closed tickets that result in new ticket. This information allows our team leader to identify who was working on the previous ticket and helps in assigning the new ticket to the appropriate user.
3.yes, displaying the date of the last updated alongside the last updated name would be beneficial.
