More complete data extraction from emails and their attachments

Enate can read incoming emails and use what it finds to populate custom data fields automatically. Today, though, extraction doesn't fully draw on the files attached to an email alongside the message body — so when key information lives in an attachment, fields can be left incomplete and someone has to fill the gap by hand.
Working closely with customers on real-world cases, we're improving extraction so that Enate reads the email body together with each attached file, and uses everything it finds to auto-fill custom card data fields.
What this means for you:
More straight-through processing. When the email and its attachments are read together, more work completes automatically without a person stepping in.
Less manual data entry. Information that lives in attachments gets captured and populated for you, rather than being re-keyed by hand.
Better accuracy on document-heavy work. Drawing on the full picture — body and files — supports more complex, document-driven workflows where the detail that matters is spread across several sources.
