Mismatch between the enate front end and the WH date udpated

When the case is forcefully terminated using the monitor in the enate front end it is showing the status as case has been terminated . However the same is not getting updated in the WH and the status is still showing as "Running" which is creating a lot of confusion when the business is looking into the reports
