Related / Merged Ticket information in Tickets

when a ticket is merged is merged into another ticket , next to ticket status shows the ticket reference number where it is Megred, but on the other ticket there is no clear way to identify the list of tickets or ticket that was merged into this this ticket.Users have to go to comms , timelines to identify the tickets. a list or different section in the ticket which shows related or merged tickets would help. Also when the users wants to see the communication on that ticket upon clicking they can be redirected to comms section to the respective related ticket.

System linked tickets references to shown at one places

Would it be possible to display references to tickets linked by the system in one centralized location, rather than requiring users to scroll through the trail mail? For example, Ticket 100587 was closed and then new Ticket 105517 was opened after we received a follow-up email. The reference to the original ticket appeared in the email thread, but it required scrolling to locate. This was a simple case, as it only involved one ticket (100587). However, in cases where there is a parent ticket with multiple child tickets, it would be much more efficient to have all the system linked ticket references displayed in one place, similar to how linked tickets are currently shown for the tickets which are merged or split by the user
