Measuring all usage activity (Enate)

Hi Enate Team,
I have been trying to create a new report that could show us how long users are being active on Enate.
However, the report seems to only count the time that was spent only on Work Items. If it is possible, could you enable a different set of data to measure the full usage time please (from logging in to logging out)?
The reason why I ask is because some users spend a lot of time on the Triage assigning tasks to their team but it does not reflect on the report.

- Could you provide more details on the specific activities you would like to be included in the 'full usage time' measurement?
- Are there any specific data points or metrics you would like to see in this new report?
- Would you find it useful to have different categories of user activity (e.g., time spent on Work Items, time spent on Triage) in the report?

Hi Claudine,
Following up to your message:
- We want to know how much time the users are spending on Enate, regardless of their activities (from logging in to logging out).
- The same as above plus the timing measures to be in different formats (days, hours, minutes) instead of just the seconds..
- Yes, that would be a great addition.
