As I user, I currently use a email address - which gets routed to 50+ processes
So when I initiate a communication inside Enate - I will get an option to select a process which is a huge list.
Instead it would be easier if the prcoess list if grouped by process group (similar to when we convert to case from ticket) and also the list be searachble

Thanks for sharing this — really helpful context. I can see how selecting from 50+ processes would be painful, and grouping by Process Group (like the “Convert to case from ticket” flow) plus a searchable list would make this much easier.
