Integration/Service Account for integration purposes instead of user account properties

For an integration, I would like and integration account (Service Account) so that all technical processes and activities can be handled. Specific requirements identified below:
- Ability to override password expiry or set a different rule for password expiry (than what is there for agent/user account)
- No session time out limit
- No need to close packets after accessing them, via service account
- Access to all service providers by default, in Enate so service account can access all packets(no need for manually adding a service provider)
- Ideally more than 1 active session for a service account
