Mailboxes should be defaulted to Enable: NO when creating a new input channel. Otherwise it will automatically input a new mailbox on initialisation.

Mailbox integration is re-designed in 2019.3 release and migrated to Enate builder in simplified way.

in new design - mailbox will not be defaulted to ON.
