As an ops user, I currently have to open each contact to add their first name and last name.

First and Last names are usually blank because if Enate does not receive the email address with "FirstName LastName" specified alongside it, Enate will not be able to identify the name details and create the contact with those fields populated.

Hence, in the absence of the First Name and Last Name while receiving emails, Enate creates the contact without these details, and they would need to be populated manually.

What helps me save mouse clicks and time is inline editing of contact details within the table view without having to open each contact one by one and add the name.

This may be controlled by user roles to allow only certain users editing access and reduce accidental edits.
