By default external contacts are scoped global, can you please provide option in Enate builder to change this scope to customer level.

"As a user on Work Manager, I want to create multiple contacts, associate them with the customer and apply any additional tags/details of the contact so that it will support the BAU onboarding for setting contacts, but also with association, ability to have the same contacts linked to the customer each time the client process is created.

Once this Contact-Client association has been created in the system, these contacts should be auto-populated for every case that is triggered via the schedule."

As a user on work manager, I am only able to search/access for the contacts I offer the services for, so that I do not have the ability throughout the system to access other contacts details, search for other contacts and send any emails to the contacts outside my responsibility. The contact information which is personal includes the email address which should not be exposed for compliance reasons.

The contacts should also be able to be linked to multiple customers where the companies have a parent child relationship.
