Hi Team,
As discussed we would find it really useful as a support team to export/run a report which will provide all live version configuration from eNate builder for tickets and case actions.
This will allow us to better manage any future changes, example if an email address needs to be changed it would allow us to have an overall visibility of where this email is defined rather than having to drill into each ticket and case action.
Case actions - email info tab detail
Tickets - provide all info
Also User Management - provide all info, (perhaps an export button of on screen data)

Export Calendar configuration data to warehouse for bespoke reporting consumption

On Enate we can configure how the company works i.e. Monday to Friday, 9-5.30 and can specify non working days in the year e.g. Christmas Day, May Day, Good Friday etc. Enate takes this calendar into account when calculating our work item due dates.
What would be great is if this data were to come across to Tableau so that our MI can be more dynamic and in bespoke reports we can calculate the difference between dates ensure that we factor in our working hours and dates. We have a number of requirements we would like to build in Tableau and at the moment they are not possible because of this limitation

Add tblCalendar to th Data Warehouse

As a report developer using the DW, I would like to access the tbl calendar so that I can create an accurate report of the average time spent by the users. Currently an assumption is made for 22 working days per each calendar month and 8 typical working hours

Extract of the configuration setup

As an user I'd like to have the option to extract a configuration report, in which we could view what is configured for each client, without the need to open client by client and perform a manual mapping process of the productive config.

Hi Stephan,
Thanks for detail feedback on this. Really appreciated. We will not be building this feature at this time.
We have decided to tackle other features as a priority because the majority of our customers have heavily requested them. Please see the in-progress requests to see what's coming in next release. These features will also be beneficial to you.
We’re happy to revisit this request with you after our resources have become available again.
Thanks,
Kamal

Hi Guys
Was this feature request considered for review?
More and more configuration is contained within builder and it is now really necessary to have a export of the data to excel, PDF etc.
Thanks Stephen

Absolutely agree. Would really value a means of running reports of various aspects of our configuration. Definitely user management. Also example checklists contents, action instructions, SLAs, canned email content. We have no way of lifting these from the system quickly and so we are maintaining a copy of configuration on spreadsheets. Business regularly ask to review and update them. This is quite an overhead for us.

Can you please advise if this was investigated?

Product has this caledar calculated information in warehouse in very easy format so that you can easily access without doing lots of SQL join and complex calculation.
so for example- time spent to compelete an action is calculated against supplier calendar as well customer calendar and allow you to pick up what you need.
I like to add here who can help you out in much more details if required.

Kamal Saran: Thanks! However we have had some bespoke reports where we might need to examine events within an action - e.g. how much working time passed from the first peer review rejection in the action to when the action completed. We will talk to Jaime more about our requirements. Regards, Elaine

Elaine Dennehy: Hi Elaine, hope you are doing well. did you manage to build the solution using above information ? wondering if you still need calendar configuration in reporting DB.
Thanks,
Kamal
