Expand Data Warehouse Coverage for Richer Reporting

We're expanding the data available in the Data Warehouse to unlock more powerful reporting and analytics. By exposing additional Core datasets, customers will be able to build richer dashboards and reports using their preferred BI tools without relying on custom extracts or direct transactional queries.
This lays the foundation for future reporting enhancements and advanced analytics capabilities.

As a Manager, we will need to know who closed the defect and what time, so suggest these fields be added for us to report it

We understand the importance of capturing who closed the defect and the timestamp for reporting purposes. We will plan to incorporate these fields into the data warehouse in an upcoming release. We'll keep you informed once it's scheduled and implemented.
