Exclude emails from the caution/safeguard pop up warning

We have a number of internal email addresses we would like to exclude from the caution/safeguard pop up that gives a warning message about sharing sensitive information, these emails are actually still part of the firm so shouldn't be included. I understand this can't be customized at the moment but can it be considered in a future release?

Hiya Debbie Porter, thanks for this post! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide a list of the internal email addresses that should be excluded from the warning?
- How frequently do you encounter this issue with internal emails?
- Are there any specific criteria or rules that should be applied to determine which emails are considered internal and should be excluded?

Hi Claudine Richardson, thanks for getting back to me. I've added the list below which are all considered internal and therefore should be treated the same as the normal cms-cmno.com email address.
cmck.com, cms-cmck.com, cms-cmno.com, cms-holbornasia.com, modular.services, internal.cms-cmno.com, cms-hk.com
It can happen most days just depends on when we are contacting the users in different offices.
Many thanks
Debs
